Acutonics
Acutonics is a healing modality that works with selected acupressure points to access the meridians, craniosacral rhythms and organ systems of the body with resonate calibrated tuning forks. This rejuvenating work uses sound and vibration as a healing tool and realigns the energetic systems of the body.
I have studied through level IV with West Coast Acutonics and Kairos Institute of sound healing in New Mexico and work with 36 different tuning forks in my practice. I have been a bodyworker for over 20 years and have found Acutonics to be a profoundly deep form of healing.
Sessions are especially beneficial for balancing meridians, supporting organ systems and provide deep levels of relaxation and grounding.
I offer hour and hour and a half sessions in my office in Mendocino by appointment only.

In the therapeutic environment we also utilize Planetary Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, drums, rattles, and fine classical music that evokes the archetypal and mythic qualities of the planets. Through correspondence and sympathy the planets have a profound connection to Oriental Medicine, the natural cycles of the universe, and to the Earth itself.
Our approach to wellness is rooted in the spiritual and wisdom traditions of Oriental Medicine, which recognizes that most diseases arise from a core blockage in our energy. Acupuncture points provide noninvasive access into the core energetic systems within the body. The planets provide musical intervals, archetypes, and correspondences that help us to fine-tune the therapeutic frequency that is applied to the body with tuning forks.
