This gentle Hatha based Iyengar class moves at a slow and steady pace. This allows for attention to detail, the use of props and building a deeper awareness of the postures and our body. Its designed as a compliment to the more high impact fitness classes of the morning.
I am also available for private instruction for Yoga sessions. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and include varying aspects of yoga, bodywork and coaching.
